Yummy Summer Vanilla Ice cream Recipe.

Very tasty and yummy summer special recipe , easy to make and very refreshing in taste. This recipe is very easy to make with very hand full of ingredients.


  • 200 gm fresh cream
  • 80-100 gm condensed milk
  • 1 ts vanilla essence
  • 2 pic. chocolate biscuit
  • ice (for ice bed)


  1. Chill the ice cream bowl: If your ice cream machine has a bowl that needs to be frozen before churning, put it in the freezer the night before you plan to make ice cream. (If you forget, you can make the base and refrigerate it overnight while the bowl is freezing, and churn the ice cream the next day.)
  2. Prepare an ice bath: Fill a large bowl with ice cubes and some water. Place another smaller bowl on top of the water, and place a fine-mesh strainer inside. Keep this close by while you make the ice cream base.
  3. Whisk the cream: Whisk the cream well until it become double in size. It will take hardly 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add condensed milk:  after whipping the cream add the condensed milk in it and mix it well and whisk it for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add vanilla essence: Add vanilla essence into the ice cream mixture and mix it well. Now here the ice cream batter is ready to be refrigerate
  6. Put the mixture in air tight container:  After making the mixture put it in the well air tight container and refrigerate it for 6-7 hours. And then serve it.
  7.   NOTE: Don’t touch or move the container in between it’s setting  period. Whisk the mixture well and tap the container well before putting it into the freezer.
