Chicken Curry is very popular non veg recipe. You can made boneless chicken or bone in chicken very easily at home. You can serve it with plain naan, jeera rice, butter rice. Well now I am going to tell you how it prepared.
1kg chicken, washed,cleaned and cut into big pieces
4 tablespoons oil
1⁄2cup onion, sliced
1⁄2 cups tomato pury
2tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1tablespoon ginger paste
1tablespoon garlic paste
Cloves, black pepper, cardamom, cumin seeds all roasted.
4teaspoons garam masala powder
4whole red chilies
1/2 cup curd
2teaspoons coriander seeds
1teaspoon red chili powder
Mix curd, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder in chicken.
Leave it in fridge for 1/2 hour.
Grind corriander seeds and whole red chillies and all spice into a coarse powder.
After about 30 seconds, add onions and saute till they turn light golden brown make a past
Heat oil in a kadhai
Add jeera hole red chilli and bay leaves ginger-garlic paste.
Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add the above coarse powder.
Add tomatoes and cook till they are fully cooked.
Add chicken pieces, salt to taste and red chilli powder.
Cover the kadai.
Cook till the chicken becomes tender.
Sprinkle garam masala powder over the chicken.
Garnish with corriander leaves and onion rings.
Serve hot with rotis or parathas
